References: Earnest, Papers for Birth Dayes, pp. 149-52. Wrongly called the Berks County Limner. The Flying Angel Artist's work is distinguished by placing the central text in a double-ringed circle, with a circular projection at top and broken at bottom with a heart containing the text (translated): "This heart of mine shall be all Thine, O Jesus." The majority of locations on his certificates are in Northampton County - areas now part of Lehigh County near its border with Berks.
